        Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology It consists of two important departments, namely the library section and the computer section. The library work was established with Muban Chom Bueng College on March 1, 1954. At the beginning, there were no personnel with knowledge in librarianship to manage. Hence the name of the library.

Library section

• 1 March 1954  It was founded from an organization called the library.
• 1967 Established as a library It is located in a temporary school building.
• 1970  Moved to building 1, 2nd floor.
• 1971  Moved to building 2, 2nd floor.
• 1973 Upgraded to the library department. There is a place as an independent building, 2 floors, 1 house.
• 1985 Upgraded to the library department.
• 1992 - 1995  Began to bring CDS-ISIS packaged program into operation and service.
• 1995  Upgraded to Office of Academic Resources.
• 1997 Fully implemented CDS-ISIS package.

Changed to VTLS (Virginia Tech Library System) automatic library program to manage instead and introduced new technologies such as using barcodes for borrowing-returning. Documents or books, an online database that faculty and students can fully use for teaching and learning.
• 1999 


There was a 6-storey, stand-alone academic service building with an area of ​​4,973 square meters, with the use of an automatic library system, VTLS system, to operate and provide services. The trial began on July 9, 1999, and was fully operational and serviced by the VTLS system from December 1, 1999.
• 2000 






Development and improvement of the Office of Academic Resources Building. To be able to support information technology such as computer systems Internal network (LAN), improving electrical systems in buildings, etc. In addition, there are various services as follows:
- Providing information searching services through the Internet network.
- Use CDS-ISIS system to create journal index database.
- Establish a local information room.
- Develop and improve the Department of Educational Technology Development and Promotion.

The Computer Division was established. Which at that time used the name of the agency computer center with the mission announced by Muban Chom Bueng Rajabhat Institute There are four things about the establishment of a computer center:
1. Provide services to teachers, students, and personnel of the institution to study and research. And practice computer skills.
2. To support the development of teaching and learning for teachers and students of the institution.
3. Develop training courses and organize computer training for teachers, students, and personnel of the institute. And local personnel according to local needs.
4. Perform other tasks According to the Muban Chom Bueng Rajabhat Institute assigned to the Computer Office.
• 2003

There was a restructuring of internal departments within the institute. By raising the status of the Office of Computer and Information Technology.

The Rajabhat University Act was enacted. Changed the name of the Muban Chom Bueng Rajabhat Institute. It is a Muban Chom Bueng Rajabhat University. And there has been an announcement of the Ministry of Education's regulations to adjust the structure of the agency, consequently including 2 departments, namely the Office of Academic Services and the Office of Computer and Information Technology, together under the name "Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology".

Information Technology Division, The office was moved to the 1st floor of the Language Center Building and the Computer Center. By enabling computer lab services For teaching, 8 rooms, 1 computer training room and 1 self-access learning room.

Internet network system. Changed the speed from 10 Mbps to 1 Gbps and added 2 rooms for distance learning and changed the version of the VTLS (Virginia Tech Library System) automatic library program to VTLS Virtua ILS to manage instead of the old system. so that faculty and students can use it for teaching and learning to the fullest.

Improved the internet network structure within the university (Back Bone) with fiber optic cable, installed 1 Core Switch, 3 Distribution Switches. Access Switch 21 and 90 wireless access point devices and connect to various buildings. To cover and support teaching management for students Professors and personnel within the university. It is also an educational institution that is ready to provide basic internet network services that support all 3 systems of IPv6, namely DNS Mail and Website IP V6 systems, and has a computer skills standard examination system.

- Implement the Matrix automatic library system to operate and provide information resource search services. Instead of the old VTLS system, Virtua ILS can be provided via a web browser and a smartphone application. which can support both IOS and Android operating system.
- Improve the temperature control system of the computer server room. It is appropriate to meet the data center standards.
- Expand the wireless network service area to cover the university area. to support teaching and learning management by installing 43 additional wireless access points.

• 2019 A total of 160 computers were procured for use in education and learning.
2020

Improvements to meeting rooms for digital online training and meetings. To accommodate teaching and meetings in the future, 1 room. And the purchase of 40 computers for education and training.
• 2021  







- Establish telecommunication infrastructure for beautiful scenery. By installing Fiber Optic Cable (FOC) buried at the underground level. To replace the original communication line.
- Install Electronic Security Certificates (SSL Certificates) on the server. To increase the security of communication or transmitting information on the Internet network.
- There is an electronic book database system (E-books) used to provide services to faculty, staff and students within the university. which is an English book or textbook and adding 3 databases for searching academic information online (E-Journal) namely 1) Business 2) Science 3) Environmental studies and policy which can be searched both inside and outside the university.
